30+ people, a different project every day, and a message that names no project and no person.
Click each stage to watch the teammate place it — and switch the confidence band to see how the
signal changes when it can't be sure.
The core principle: routing is not a lookup table (“project X → person Y” rots by Tuesday).
The teammate resolves what prior work this builds on first — the nearest past Events by meaning +
shared entities (same file, epic, decision) — and the owner falls out of that neighborhood.
Linkage gives you routing for free; confidence decides the shape of the signal.
And it’s a loop, not a pipeline. The teammate is the shared layer beneath every IDE —
Cursor, VS Code, Copilot, Claude Code. It arranges the team’s docs, boards, meetings & chats into
context a dev’s own assistant pulls in, then captures whatever they produce back out as a
board or doc change — which re-enters the pool as the next person’s context. Watch the final Loop stage.
